Here is the free drink menu from the Standard Purple Lounge Bartender .....

top of the morning to ya, here's a few Irish concoctions that I think will get the customers dancing a jig to the bar on St Paddys day.

Irish Black Russian

- Coffee Liquer
- Vodka
- Guiness

pour the coffee liquer and Vodka over ice and then pour Guiness on top.


Irish Lady

- Champayne
- Midori
- Orange juice

Pour the champayne then a little OJ then splash the Midori. The midori will then slowly turn the drink green.


Irish Martini

- Vodka
- Dry Vermouth
- Irish Whiskey

Pour the Irish whiskey into a chilled cocktail glass. Swirl around the glass in order to coat; drain excess. Pour the vodka and vermouth into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.


Irish Carbomb

- Guiness
- Baileys
- Guiness

Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse. Note I know from experience.. down it fast!!


Nutty Irishman

- Baileys
- Frangelico
- Cream

Pour ingredients into shaker over ice and shake until completely cold. Strain into a chilled, stemmed or rocks glass filled with ice
